I have been receiving telephone calls concerning the payment of winnings.  The policy is as follows:

The winnings are paid at the end of each quarter.  The quarters end on the last day of January, April, July and October.  The checks have my name William C. Hurley as the payor and are prepared and mailed by Fremont Bank.  You should receive your check within two weeks following the last tournament in the quarter.  I appreciate it if you cash the checks as soon as possible to keep the book work to a minimum.  The checks must be cashed within 90 days.
