The Tournament Policy should answer any questions on how the tournaments are regulated. Tournament Chairman, Howard Fritz, will use this policy to enter you into the future tournaments. Howard will take the entry money at the prior tournament or thru the mail. When the tournament is closed he will email the entries to Phil Simons or Buck Helsel who will enter them into the computer program.
The Pairings and Rules sheet will be posted on Sunday. Any withdraws after the tournament closes will not receive a credit unless another member is on the wait list.
After posting the pairings and there are openings you must email the Tournament Chairman so that he can make the decision for you to enter.
There has been some confusion when a member enters and names a partner without paying the entry fee. The policy for that will be all money to be included and the entering member collect the fee from his partner.
