Don't like your name? We can change it.
If you would like to change your first name to a nickname or anything else, we can change it in the Handicap Roster, which is used for our tournaments. Since we use GHIN numbers to associate USGA handicaps with each member, there is no requirement that the member's name match the name registered with the GHIN system.
We can also change your name in the GHIN system, and your GHIN record will remain intact, since GHIN numbers don't change.
So, if you would like to change your name, in either our local roster or the GHIN system, send me an e-mail.
